Donna Eden teaches that sometimes a meridian needs to be cleared of stale or toxic energies in order to accept and utilize fresh energy. The Eden Energy Medicine Three Point Technique is the acupoint Sedating and Strengthening counterpart to flushing a meridian (tracing the meridian backwards once and forward three times). Because it uses acupoints to relax and then strengthen, the Three Point Technique is often stronger than merely flushing the meridian and therefore is always recommended in stubborn cases.
