 This post class has been created to help you fully assimilate the weekend’s teachings into your life.

We will spend three hours together for a powerful review of the material taught over the weekend. The teachers will revisit the most important parts of their presentations, emphasize the takeaways they hope you will gain, and review key insights and techniques so you can apply them with confidence long after the weekend is over.

 You will have the opportunity to ask focused questions of the instructors and plenty of tables for hands-on practice.  There will be deeper work with specific exercises or techniques discussed in the various sessions, whether it is a new personal daily routine, a different way of looking at an energy system, or practicing a brand-new technique.

 Donna will then open the floor for a heart-centered discussion of the materials, as well as take questions from the participants. This is a rare opportunity to engage with Donna and the teachers, get your questions answered, and explore how the teachings can support you in your life far after the event.
